About The Show
Not your parent’s Christmas Carol !!! Take a step back in time to 1946 to be part of the Live Studio Audience for this “show within a show”. This is NOT a staged reading of a Radio Play but an immersive experience for our “Live Studio Audience”.
The Charles Dickens holiday classic comes to life as a live 1940s radio broadcast, complete with vintage commercials for fruitcake (extra-fancy), and the magic of live sound effects and musical underscoring. Actors bring dozens of characters to the stage, with a children’s choir, as the familiar story unfolds: Three ghosts take Ebenezer Scrooge on a thrilling journey to teach him the true meaning of Christmas. A charming take on a family favorite that will leave no one saying “Bah Humbug!”
Performed at the Searles School & Chapel, Windham, NH
Thursday, December 5 through Saturday, December 7th at 7:30pm; and Saturday, December 7th and Sunday, December 8th at 2:00pm
